MV Development, in collaboration with Yacht Time, which has extensive experience in ship repair and yacht management, has created an investment program in which investors can participate—subject to evaluation by our company. The program offers a flexible approach to the utilization of Motor Yachts, tailored to the specific characteristics of each proposal.

Expressions of interest for participation will be accepted starting November 3, 2025.

In more detail:

Investment in a power motor yacht NIMBUS T-11 (with optional 50% financing), specifically designed for excursions, offering ample space for up to 12 people, where the owner:

  • Has no involvement in the management, maintenance, or operation of the yacht
  • Has the option of 50% financing, if desired
  • Joins a unified branding scheme—i.e., a professional commercial umbrella
  • Develops business activity with minimal engagement.
  • Generates income by commercially utilizing the yacht through rentals for luxury daily cruises with crew.
  • If the full purchase of the vessel is chosen, the yacht will be your property.
  • If mere participation is chosen, either you will be a shareholder or there will be security provided through insurance.

For example, under the Full Hire Program (explained below), with an investment of 300.000€, the Return on Investment (ROI) over a 7-year period is projected at 125%, i.e., 675.000€ in revenue, with appropriate security provided for the investment amount.
