Financing and Shipbuilding Yachts and Boats

MV DEVELOPMENT has developed cooperation with shipyards and collaborates with innovative and award-winning Greek shipbuilders, with the aim of building yachts & other vessels in shipyards in China.

Having established a special partnership, we can propose types of vessels / motor yachts that are made in whatever materials and interior design the investor wishes, while much of the equipment such as engines and electronic equipment, come from European or American companies (e.g. Volvo or Caterpillar engines).

Through our channel we ensure for our customers who have the specifications (future owners of yachts), very low special prices of the yard that apply only to us and we can offer them. This way a vessel can be built from scratch or a ready-made vessel design that has ready navigation licenses can be adapted to whatever materials and interior design are desired, at a much lower cost than other European Shipyards, without compromising on quality and reliability, making it an investment product.

We provide services for Financing 50% - 80% of the total cost of the yacht by our partner Credit Institution for each investment (with real guarantee the retention of ownership of the funded vessel and maybe something else - depending on the case), that suits the exact needs for business development and renting them to achieve significant income, without tax every year.

Shipping is provided by the American classification society.

This special service - brokerage of MV development will help the entrepreneurs of new vessels / yachts to facilitate every aspect of the new construction process from the negotiation of the various aspects of the construction and possibly the designer to the provision of legal advice and project management. Based on our experience in all kinds of projects and our established personal relationships with the leaders of this global industry, MV development can promise a flawless process of new construction from start to finish.

We also have the opportunity to mediate in the construction of Containerships and bulk ships, as the cooperating shipyards are leaders in the construction of merchant ships, while our engineers have experience in supervising the construction of such ships on site, in the shipyard.
